Military Focus treats fast-moving conflict information as provisional until it is supported by reliable sources and reviewed in context.
1. Start with source strength
Before reacting to a claim, ask who published it, whether the source is primary or secondary, and whether independent reporting supports it.
2. Separate facts from interpretation
A verified event is not the same as a verified motive, casualty figure, or future outcome. Analysis should not add what the source does not say.
3. Keep the human frame visible
The purpose of analysis is to understand conflict without glorifying violence. Civilian impact, infrastructure damage, displacement, and the value of peace remain central.
